Microsoft has also added the option to disable sending them usage reports, however I did notice that hardware information is still sent. This is all exactly what I would expect from a browser built off of Chromium. I spent a couple of hours this afternoon running some premilinary vulnerability tests, which all came back negative. Never thought I would say that, and I never thought I would actually like, and be somewhat impressed by the browser who's main purpose on Windows was to install a different browser.īut yet here we are, it feels snappy, it loads quick and man it is nice to be moved away from Google (all be it to a certain extent). ![]() ![]() So here I am, writing and posting this from Microsoft Edge while using Ubuntu. ![]()
